Druids can Shapeshift with certain skills, allowing them to unleash powerful attacks that tear through enemies.
With the Skinwalker’s Aspect, you also get the added benefit of being able to heal or even fortify yourself when unleashing such attacks.
The Skinwalker’s Aspect allows you to heal a certain amount of health and this can go beyond its extent to fortify your health.
Skinwalker’s Aspect Effects (Shapeshift Aspect)
The Skinwalker’s Aspect causes the Druid to heal themselves whenever they Shapeshift, which happens when they use a Shapeshift ability.
To trigger this again, you will have to return to your human form but this can be bypassed by using other skills that will force it to happen.
Initially, transforming into a Werewolf or Werebear with any Shapeshift Skill will heal you but if your health is full, this will fortify you.
Skinwalker’s Aspect Location
The Skinwalker’s Aspect will be unlocked after you have completed the Fading Echo Dungeon, which can be found in the Scouring Sands northeast of Tarsarak. (Kehjistan)
How To Get Skinwalker’s Aspect? (Fading Echo Walkthrough)
1) Slay the Lieutenants of Svanjasga
Entering the Fading Echo will bring you into the Ancient Wake, where you will need to search for 2 Lieutenants and kill them.
2) Travel to the Coarse Clearance
After defeating the Lieutenants, you will need to head through the available path until you arrive at the Coarse Clearance.
3) Collect Animus from Animus Carriers
The next area will have Animus Carriers scattered around the area and you will need to search for each of them and kill them.
Animus Carriers will drop Animus, which needs to be collected to, later on, be delivered to an Animus Urn to remove a barrier.
4) Deposit Animus into the Animus Urn
Once you have collected enough Animus, head to the Animus Urn that is marked on your map and interact with it to remove the nearby barrier.
5) Travel to Svanjasga’s Fortalice
Make your way through where the barrier once was and you will find yourself in Svanjasga’s Fortalice, where you will find several monsters.
6) Slay enemies
You will need to clear out 30 enemies from the area, which later causes an elite enemy called Captain Svanjasga to appear.
7) Defeat the Captain Svanjasga
Captain Svansjasga is not considered a boss and they can easily be beaten but he is also accompanied by other monsters.
Verdict
The Skinwalker’s Aspect is a useful way for you to restore a portion of your health and while it may not seem like much, it becomes useful later on.
Having another Basic Skill or a skill that turns you into your human form will allow you to spam it along with a Shapeshifter spell, allowing you to continuously heal yourself.
Once your health is already full, you will become fortified instead, adding more protection against damage and this can even be maxed out.
