NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) — Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling, along with representatives from LDK Ventures, McAlvain Construction, and TOK Commercial, broke ground on the Northside Logistics Center, a brand-new, efficiently constructed industrial park with
phase one offering 270,000 SF of warehouse and distribution center space located in Nampa.
The new facility in Nampa is located minutes from the freeway for immediate truck access, located near I-84 and Shannon Drive.
The development is on 42 acres and will offer state-of-the-art facilities for tenants in the low-vacancy industrial sector of the Treasure Valley. Upon completion, the park will offer nearly 600,000 square feet of Class A industrial space.
Spaces are now leasing in the industrial park, with an expected completion date of Summer 2023.
