Hailee Steinfeld is spreading the word about her newest song, a collaboration with Anderson .Paak, on social media. In an Instagram post, she made sure to look stunning. Steinfeld wore a bikini top with patterns in shades of blue, white, and gray, a matching shirt and shorts, and a necklace with the name of her song on it, "Coast." Steinfeld revealed some of her wellness secrets to Shape. She says that she always makes time to get some exercise in, even when she's busy. "I'll still set aside extra time to work out," she says. "Even if it's just 15 minutes of taking a walk, or getting in a little bit of cardio after a day's work."
Steinfeld tells Shape that she does a variety of different things to stay in shape. "If I'm in the gym, I'll switch it up between the elliptical, bike, treadmill, or swimming. Even when I'm not busy, I always stick to my favorites: circuit training and kickboxing. Running isn't my favorite but I'll still do it."
Steinfeld is all about self-care. She tells Shape that she likes to bring her favorite products with her when she's traveling. "I always feel like a candle does wonders. If you can take the scent of home on the road with you, it's very comforting. That and a couple of pictures of family and friends."
Even with her busy schedule, Steinfeld always makes time for herself. She tells Shape, "I also try to take time for myself, even if it's just a couple of hours. I will try my best to get a massage if I can. Or I'll take a walk in a park and relax and just shut down for a little bit. There's a part of me that enjoys the traveling aspect of touring and I always think 'I might never be in this city again, so I need to get out and explore,' but I make sure to use my free time to unwind too."
Since she's so busy, Steinfeld doesn't always have time to go to the gym. However, she tells Delish that she created an on the go workout routine with the help of her father. "My dad's a personal fitness trainer, and he really helps me create a workout in the space that I'm in, wherever I am. I travel with resistance bands, so I'll jump rope and do a combination of movements [to stay toned]."
